Post Occupancy Evaluations + Post Completion Reviews
Review of completed project to identify strengths and weaknesses, in both method and process, and also execution.
Asset Strategic Planning
Comparison of available assets across an organisation against assets required to meet a defined service need. Create acquisition, disposal and maintenance plans to respond to service need.
