Brisbane's new home

Fulton Trotter Architects Brisbane are proud to announce their new office in Spring Hill.

It is only a hop, skip and a jump from our Astor Terrace premises and is only metres from where both Mark Trotter and Paul Trotter started their early careers at Bligh Jessup Bretnall.

The building was previously the office of TVS Architects which also contains a café and will now be a tenant of our building.

The building resulted from a major refit and works by TVS in the early 1990s and Paul Trotter remembers the tour he got of the building when it was finished.

The office has a number of split levels, lots of light and some great outlooks both North and South including a view and direct access to our favourite Friday lunch venue “The Sportsmans Hotel”.

Our new address is 18 Portman Lane, Spring Hill QLD 4000. All of our other details remain unchanged.

Please note
All of our offices will not have access to email communication from approximately 1pm Friday 27th May while our servers are relocated. We hope all electronic systems will be fully operational when we open the doors on Monday 30th May. These are and were the important dates:
Monday 21st February – The contract was signed
Friday 29th April – Settlement and we gain full access to the property for refurbishment works
Saturday Sunday 28th & 29th May – D Day and we move the office over this weekend
Monday 30th May – We open for our first day of trade in our new home!
End of May – our lease at 96 Astor Terrace comes to an end
