Fulton Trotter Architects is seeking a Receptionist & Administration Support person to join their highly talented, friendly and collaborative team in their Sydney office.
Fulton Trotter Architects, with over fifty staff across offices Sydney and Brisbane, is an architectural and interior design firm specialising in complex projects across the education and community sectors.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional applicant to work full time.
The successful applicant will understand that as the first point of contact they are one of the most important parts of our business.
Their main tasks will be:
- Greeting visitors to reception
- Answering phones
- Collecting and processing mail
- Managing petty Cash
- Stationary & catering orders
- General maintenance and cleanliness of office
- Basic IT support
- Travel Bookings
- Project Support
- Creating / formatting of specifications
- Support on marketing and quality assurance tasks.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite essential & experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign etc.) & Deltek/Union Square software desirable.
Salary will be negotiable depending on level of experience.
