Fulton Trotter Architects is seeking a Receptionist & Administration Support person to join their highly talented, friendly and collaborative team in their Sydney office.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional applicant to work part time 3 days/week.

The successful applicant will understand that as the first point of contact they are one of the most important parts of our business.

Their main tasks will be:

  • Greeting visitors to reception
  • Answering phones
  • Collecting and processing mail
  • Petty Cash
  • Stationary & catering orders
  • Archiving
  • General maintenance and cleanliness of office
  • Basic IT support
  • Travel Bookings
  • Project Support
  • Creating / formatting of specifications
  • Support on marketing and quality assurance tasks.

Salary will be negotiable depending on level of experience.
