St Philomena School - Classroom Building Opening
On the 4th of February 2014, St Philomena School celebrated the opening of their recently completed classroom building. The building consists of a two GLAs, including a temporary fit out for a science lab and science preparation area. Guests were invited to a traditional Latin mass, classroom blessing and tour of the new facilities as well as morning tea. The building was officially opened by Rev. Fr. John Fullerton, the Superior of the Australia District of the Society of St. Pius X.
Fulton Trotter has been working with St Philomena School since 2009, assisting with the ongoing development of the school’s campus as their population continues to increase each year. Since 2009, the school has expanded to include year’s 8-12 and has been successful in receiving funding for a new project every year. Construction of the next stage classroom building will begin in early 2014.
