This project was carried out in conjunction with Landplan landscape architects associated with the redevelopment of the water front. The small building had to integrate with the landscape concept and the building form followed CPTED principals to provide privacy and a degree of transparency to minimise the impact upon view corridors.
The form is ‘beachesque’ with a light butterfly roof which includes a combination of rendered masonry to reduce long term maintenance with light weight batten action!
