Gracehaven Redevelopment

Walkervale Queensland

The Gracehaven aged care facility is being redeveloped due to the facility no longer meeting Commonwealth Certification requirements. During construction Fulton Trotter Architects designed a new building adjacent this facility to house half the residents. In the older part of the facility a major fire safety upgrade was implemented. The new buildings have been designed to feel less institutionalised.
