Banora Point Community Centre

This project is a simple string of multi-purpose community rooms located under a single tiled gable roof, tying in with the surrounding architecture. The building is set at the back of the site to provide a public park front. The focus of the design was on maintaining budget by using simplicity, flexibility of use and a low key image.
