Broadbeach Library

The library extensions were commissioned by the Gold Coast City Council. The renovations increased the size of the facility threefold. The existing library has been ‘built over’ to allow the original building to remain operational as long as possible. The interior features a neutral colour scheme with exterior design inspiration being taken from historic images of the area and coloured end walls are used to give the building an iconic presence in the community.
