This project involved the extension of the existing Campus Bookshop, which is located in a 30-year-old building. This will expand the floor plan of 425m2 by adding another 220 m2, currently occupied by the adjacent café. The commission involves a complete refit of the entire tenancy to present an integrated retail experience for the customer. Alterations are required to the Mechanical/ Electrical/ Fire / Data Comms and Hydraulic services. The shop remained operational during construction.
