The proposal is to refurbish the existing ‘Manly Fisho’s Club, to create additional classroom areas for Stella Maris College. There is an emphasis within the proposal to uplift the street façade using screening & planting elements to create a sense of entry, to the site, and into Manly, as well as to visually establish the presence of Stella Maris College.
