Feros Care Office Fitout
Feros Care provide a fresh approach to aged care with flexible and innovative solutions. The approach to the interior fit out of their office was to design a space that reflected their business approach.
Feros Care had expanded beyond their primary tenancy on Level 2 of the complex and the business was spread over two separate tenancies. The move to the new tenancy space gave them an opportunity to bring the whole team together in a new collaborative and vibrant office space.
With all the office located on the same level and the growth in staff numbers, spaces had to be flexible, and provide appropriate storage, a range of meeting spaces and work areas. The overall design along with the finishes, colours and materials maintain a profession appearance while giving a warmth and sense of fun to the space.
The client brief was for an open, flexible, collaborative working environment, with no individual offices. Senior management were to be centrally located to be accessible and allow for supervision and interaction with their teams, and with each other.
Spaces were to provide for formal and informal meetings and seminars, and the office was sectioned off to allow for leasing the meeting rooms for visiting consultants or for after-hours meetings.
The office was to take maximum advantage of the beach views and available natural light, and was to have an industrial / warehouse aesthetic.
