John XXIII Catholic Church + Parish Centre
This project was the only Australian entry in the 2008 International Prize of Sacred Architecture, Italy. It accommodates 700 worshippers and is built in a new suburban setting in the growing region of Western Sydney. It is a modern church built of local materials and technologies. Components from older churches in the district have been used to connect this new building to its local history.
