Labrador Gardens

This 32 bed wing was the first stage of a 160 bed redevelopment on an existing site where most of the current buildings where built in the 1960’s and 70’s. The building was planned around a large internal courtyard providing a secure perimeter and outdoor space for residents. Each 16 bed wing has its own dining, lounge and activity areas as well as its own character through the use of colour and materials. This contributes to the village atmosphere.
