The architectural intent is to create a community of buildings which is non-institutional in character, and where the purpose of each building is reflected in its architectural expression. Stages 1 & 2 of the development includes the Chapel, Administration Building, Science Facilities and Music Centre
The constraints of the existing natural site included an existing drainage reserve proposed riparian corridor defining the western boundary, the Cumberland Woodlands to the north and the preservation of the east-west and north-south visual axis’ extending from three street approaches.
