Coolie House
This budget extension to the existing 1950’s house was to provide for a growing family. The approach was to keep the appearance of the existing building intact while creating a clean extension to the rear. The new spaces include 2 additional bedrooms, family room and kid’s play space. A 3.5m wide rear deck replaces much of the backyard but allows for hotly contested basketball, soccer and cricket matches.
