This new commercial building replaces Wesley House. The design of the project is to defer to the presence of the neighbouring Heritage listed Albert Street Church by providing a considered backdrop with transparency and uncluttered lines to create depth of space. This building achieved its five star Green Star building rating. Simple open free floor plates allow flexibility for tenant layouts and use overtime.
