Justine is a Director at Fulton Trotter Architects. She re-joined the practice after her eight-year role with the Queensland Government’s Project Services office. As an experienced architect and originally trained by Fulton Trotter back in 1994, Justine has overseen major Government infrastructure all over Queensland as the Architect responsible. Working within Project Services has equipped Justine with Government process knowledge and experience and therefore her ability to carefully, efficiently and successfully manage a project and its delivery is paramount to her success as an architect.
Justine enjoys the ‘care’ that Fulton Trotter Architects applies to our work, clients and this is reflected in the creation of beautiful spaces and environments that improve the everyday lives of their occupants. She feels the office has a very positive vibe, which is energising to the way architecture is conducted throughout the office.
Justine works out of the firm’s Brisbane office, working closely with the administration team to coordinate financial management, human resources management, planning and marketing, information management, risk management, governance and organisational dynamics. Justine is looking forward to facilitating the ongoing implementation of the strategic plan, and reviewing and implementing processes in the practice that increase efficiency and contribute to the overall notion of ‘excellence in architecture’.
